Terms and conditions of sale

The owner of the webshop infralink.ee (hereinafter referred to as the Webshop) is Infralink OÜ (registration code 14381036), located in Tallinn, Tapri tn 5, warehouse no.7.

1.       Validity of the sales contract, goods and price information

The terms and conditions of sale apply to the purchase of goods from the Online Shop.

The prices of the products sold in the Online Shop are indicated with the products. The price is subject to a delivery charge (except in the case of a promotion or other offer).

The delivery charge depends on the location of the buyer and the delivery method. The delivery charge will be displayed to the buyer when the order is placed.

Information about the goods is provided in the Online Shop under the goods (product overview).

All prices in the Online Shop are in euros.

2.      Order placement/purchase process

To order a product, you need to add the desired products to the shopping cart, either from the product or category view. You can register as a customer in the online shop to make your order faster. In order to place an order, you will need to fill in the required fields and select the appropriate delivery method (for registered customers, these will be saved for future reference). The delivery prices are indicated for the respective delivery methods and are also displayed in the order overview.

When you are ready to pay for your order, click on the button “Place order” (the wording may vary).

If you choose bank transfer as payment method, you will be redirected to the bank you have previously selected for payment. Follow the bank's instructions and once the payment has been made, click on the “Back to merchant” button (wording may vary depending on the bank) and you will be redirected back to the online shop and an order confirmation email will be issued.

If you choose credit card/PayPal as your payment method, you will be redirected to the appropriate environment to make the payment you have previously selected. Follow the instructions provided by the merchant and once the payment has been made, click on the “Back to merchant” button or similar (depending on the environment), you will then be redirected back to the online shop and an order confirmation email will be issued.

If you choose to pay by invoice/bank transfer, the transaction will be completed immediately without leaving the Online Shop and you will receive an e-mail with an overview of the order and instructions for payment by bank transfer.

The contract will enter into force from the moment the amount due is credited to the Online Shop's current account.

If the goods ordered cannot be delivered due to expiry of the goods or for any other reason, the buyer will be informed as soon as possible and the money paid (including delivery costs) will be refunded immediately, but no later than 14 days after the notification is sent.

The payment of the invoice amount will be made by the customer within the deadline specified in the order confirmation.

3.      Delivery

The goods will be shipped to the countries shown on the payment form.

The shipping costs are borne by the buyer and the corresponding price information is shown in the shipping method.

Domestic shipments generally arrive at the destination specified by the Buyer within 3-7 working days from the date of entry into force of the sales contract.

In exceptional cases, the right to delivery of the goods is granted within 45 calendar days.

4.       Right of Withdrawal

After receipt of the order, the buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded in the online shop within 14 days [depending on the products, the buyer may not have the right of withdrawal, the relevant products and services must be listed in this case and must meet the conditions listed in § 53(4) of the Law of Obligations Act].

The right of withdrawal does not apply if the purchaser is a legal person.

In order to exercise the 14-day right of return, the ordered goods may not be used in any other way than necessary to verify the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods, in the same way as it is allowed to test the goods in a physical store.

If the goods have been used for any other purpose than necessary to verify the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods or if they show signs of use or wear, the Online Shop has the right to reduce the refundable fee in accordance with the reduction in the value of the goods.

In order to return the goods, a declaration of withdrawal from the purchase of the goods must be submitted and sent to the contact e-mail of the Online Shop within 14 days of receipt of the goods at the latest.

The costs of returning the goods shall be borne by the buyer, unless the reason for returning the goods is due to the fact that the goods to be returned do not correspond to what was ordered (e.g. wrong or defective goods).

The purchaser must return the goods within 14 days of the date of the application or provide proof that he has handed them over to the carrier within the aforementioned period.

Upon receipt of the returned goods, the online shop will return to the buyer immediately, but not later than 14 days after receipt of the withdrawal, all payments received from the buyer under the contract. The online shop may refuse to make refunds until it has received the return of the goods that are the subject of the contract or until the buyer has provided proof that it has returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.

If the purchaser has expressly chosen a delivery method other than the cheapest delivery method offered by the Online Shop, the Online Shop is not obliged to reimburse the consumer for the cost exceeding the cost of the usual delivery method.

The Online Shop has the right to withdraw from the sale and to demand the return of the goods from the purchaser if the price of the goods on the Online Shop has been marked significantly below the market price of the goods due to a mistake.

5.       Right of action

The online shop is liable for any non-conformity or defect in the goods sold to the buyer which existed at the time of delivery and which becomes apparent within a period of up to two years from the delivery of the goods to the buyer, of which the first six months after delivery of the goods to the buyer are presumed to be the period of the defect. It is the responsibility of the Webshop to rebut this presumption.

The purchaser has the right to contact the Webshop within two months at the latest in the event of a defect, by sending an e-mail to info@infralink.ee or by calling 50 700 66.

The Webshop is not liable for defects that have occurred after the delivery of the goods to the purchaser.

If the goods purchased from the Online Shop have defects for which the Online Shop is responsible, the Online Shop will repair or replace the defective goods. If it is not possible to repair or replace the goods, the Webshop will refund the buyer all the fees for the sales contract.

The Webshop will respond to the complaint submitted by the consumer in writing or in a format that can be reproduced in writing within 15 days.

6.      Sales and processing of personal data

The online shop uses the personal data provided by the buyer (including name, phone number, address, e-mail, bank details) only for processing the order and sending the goods to the buyer. The online shop will transfer personal data to companies providing transport services in order to deliver the goods.

The online shop will only send newsletters and offers to the purchaser's e-mail address if the purchaser has expressed his/her wish to receive such newsletters by entering his/her e-mail address in the online shop or has subscribed to the newsletter during the checkout process and has indicated his/her wish to receive direct mail notifications.

You may opt-out of receiving offers and newsletters by email at any time, by notifying us by email or by following the instructions included in the email containing the offer.

7.      Dispute Resolution

If the purchaser has any complaints about the Online Shop, he/she should send them by e-mail to info@infalink.ee or call 50 700 66

If the purchaser and the Online Shop are unable to resolve the dispute through an agreement, the purchaser can turn to the Consumer Disputes Committee. You can read the terms and conditions of the procedure and submit an application here. The Consumer Disputes Committee is competent to settle disputes arising out of a contract between the buyer and the online shop. The examination of the buyer's complaint by the Commission is free of charge.
