Grade Rings – For Height and Slope Adjustment
Grade rings are adapter rings with a tapered rebate, designed to compensate for road surface tilt and to adjust the height of manhole covers. They are installed on top of manhole rings with a tapered rebate or directly on top of a cover.
- Used to fine-tune cover height to match the surrounding surface level
- The tapered design allows for proper alignment with sloped road surfaces
- Square grade rings (e.g., 665×665×70 mm) are specifically designed for square cover sets with square access openings
