Butt-welding machine TRACK 

Electro-hydraulic hand-operated thermofusion machines specially designed for the connection of pipes and fittings made of polyethylene (PE) and other plastic resins (PP, PB, PVDF), between diameters 50 mm and 160 mm.
TRACK machines are characterised by their simple and light-weight construction. Machines are operated on the basis of table of welding parameters attached to the control panel if hydraulic unit. Timer and stop watch features are integrated into the regulator of temperature also located on the control panel. Newly designed hydraulic system allows for smooth adjustment of press force and max. retraction speed. New solution allowed to reduce the weight and dimensions of hydraulic unit by 25%.
