Fiberglass Grease Separators

Fiberglass grease separators are engineered to effectively remove fats, oils, and grease (FOG) from wastewater, preventing blockages and ensuring the smooth operation of sewer systems.
These separators function based on gravity separation: as wastewater flows through the unit, the difference in specific gravity causes fats and oils to rise to the surface, while cleaner water is discharged from the lower section. This process ensures that the fat content in the outflow remains below 25 mg/l, in accordance with the EVS-EN 1825-1:2004 standard.
Each unit features:

• An integrated sand and sludge separation chamber to capture solid particles.
• A grease layer level alarm system that provides timely alerts when the separator needs to be emptied.

All grease separators are CE-certified, meeting European safety and performance standards.
